Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Returns

  1. Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product if:
  2. The product is damaged during delivery
  3. The product is defective or not functioning properly
  4. The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in its original condition
  2. The item must be returned with original packaging and accessories
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  1. Products that have been used or physically damaged by the customer
  2. Items returned without original packaging
  3. Certain electronic components that are sensitive or easily damaged after use

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

Processing refunds may take 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the same product if available. If the item is not available, we may offer an alternative product or refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping may be covered by us.

If the return is requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
